Cohesive mix of all non (main) album stuff that I’ve been working on for months.

An alternate Guided By Voices album comprised of songs not found on their “main albums”.

So this mix is mostly for the casual to moderate GBV fan. One who knows their best albums by heart, but doesn’t necessarily know too much about the B-Sides, EPs, demos, early albums, solo work, etc. But this is not simply a best of non-album stuff, otherwise the list would be even longer than 28 songs. What I tried to do with this collection is create an alternate album that can be held up, at least somewhat, with Bee Thousand/Alien Lanes. There are some great songs that don’t appear here, mostly because I avoided anything recorded in a studio to keep a consistency throughout the album, or it’s because I simply hadn’t heard that one yet. Either way, try not to pick it apart too much and enjoy!
